These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all ticket purchasers and attendees of Otherworld Festival 2026. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event venue, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, which are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 By purchasing a ticket to Otherworld Festival 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
1.2 The Organizer bears no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised channels. Counterfeit, duplicated, or tampered tickets will be invalid and denied entry without refund.
1.3 All attendees must present:
A valid e-ticket with a scannable QR code, and
A valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket registration details.
1.4 This event is an all ages event – festival attendees 17 years old and below are required to have an adult chaperone/guardian aged 21 years and above.
All minor attendees (17 years old and below) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing guardian (aged 21 years and above) in the same section. One (1) guardian can accompany two (2) minors.
Valid ID may be required for age verification. Entry will be refused, without refund, to unaccompanied minors.
1.5 Health & Safety Disclaimer - Please note that this event features loud music, flashing lights, and other sensory effects that may not be suitable for all attendees, including young children or individuals with sensitivities to sound or light. Parents and guardians are advised to consider these factors when bringing children to the event.
1.6 This event operates under a strict No Re-Entry policy. Each ticket permits one-time entry only.
1.7 The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event date, time, venue, programme, or lineup due to force majeure events, including but not limited to government directives, adverse weather, safety concerns, or artist cancellations. Reasonable notice will be provided via official channels where practicable.
1.8 By entering the venue, you grant the Organizer and its partners a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, use, reproduce, and distribute your image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.
1.9 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who:
Violates these T&Cs
Is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances
Behaves in a disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive manner
Possesses prohibited items
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & SECURITY
2.1 The following items are strictly prohibited and may be confiscated and/or disposed of without compensation:
Weapons or items capable of causing harm
Illegal substances or drugs
Glass bottles or sharp objects
Professional audio, video, or photographic equipment without prior written approval
Drones or unmanned aerial devices
Backpacks or large bags exceeding 21cm x 30cm
Outside food and beverages
This list is non-exhaustive. The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit additional items for safety or regulatory reasons.
2.2 All attendees consent to security checks, including bag inspections and personal searches, at entry and within the venue. Refusal may result in denied entry or removal.
TICKET PURCHASE & USE
3.1 To protect all users from fraud and unintended misuse of credit cards, please note that the following should ALL bear the SAME NAME when buying tickets online:

Credit/Debit card to be used
One (1) valid government ID to be presented for redemption
3.2 Ticket redemption through a representative is NOT allowed. Only the cardholder who transacted online can redeem the ticket. To avoid any inconvenience, we request our patrons to comply with the above guidelines. The safety and security of our customers is always our top priority. By proceeding to payment, you agree with the above redemption process. Price is inclusive of standard ticket charges.
3.3 Purchase limits: A maximum of ten (10) tickets per transaction/account may apply across all ticket categories.
3.4 Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-resellable, and non-editable, except where required by applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
3.5 Name changes are not permitted unless expressly approved by the Organizer.
3.6 Each ticket is valid for one person, one-time entry only. Any attempt to reuse or duplicate a ticket will result in invalidation without refund.
3.7 The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Replacement tickets will not be issued.
3.8 Both the Ticket Buyer (purchaser) and Ticket Holder (attendee) are bound by these T&Cs.
HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY
4.1 Attendance is at your own risk. The Organizer may deny entry or require compliance with health and safety measures in accordance with Philippine regulations in effect at the time of the event.
4.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, the Organizer, its affiliates, venue operators, artists, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:
Personal injury, illness, or death
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
4.3 By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with large-scale public events, including crowd movement, weather conditions, and third-party actions, and waive any related claims against the Organizer where permitted by law.
4.4 Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation, postponement, or material change due to force majeure, tickets may be honoured for a rescheduled date or handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Refunds, if any, are at the Organizer’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The latest version will be published on official ticketing and event platforms.
